How to Use the Portal

A simple, step-by-step walkthrough so nothing is confusing. Bookmark this page and revisit anytime.

  1. 1. Sign in with your Registrar-issued credentials

From the home page, sign in with the email and temporary password issued to you by the Office of the Registrar. On first login you'll be prompted to set a new password. Your portal will then open to the Welcome page.

    Open sign-in β†’
  2. 2. Complete Orientation

Read the orientation, agree, and type your name to sign. This is required before you can begin your courses.

    Go to Orientation β†’
  3. 3. Read & sign the Student Handbook

The handbook covers conduct, grading, attendance, and tuition policies. You only sign it once.

    Open Handbook β†’
  4. 4. Find your Classes

The Classes tab shows every pathway. Your enrolled division (set by the academy admin) is the one you can study this semester. Click any course to start.

    Go to Classes β†’
  5. 5. Complete each module

Inside a class you'll see 10 modules. Read the lesson, watch any video, then take the quiz at the bottom (70% to pass, 3 attempts, best score is kept). Engaging the AI Tutor is mandatory to complete your learning experience in each course β€” you must ask the tutor at least one question per module before the test will unlock.

  6. 6. Attend the Live Classroom

Each course includes 2 live instructor sessions per semester. Open Live Classroom to chat with your instructor and download materials.

  8. 8. Contact your Instructor

On the Classes page, scroll to 'Contact Your Instructor' to send a private message. Their reply will appear in your portal inbox β€” you can delete it once read.

  9. 9. Watch Announcements

The Announcements feed (Classes page) shows academy-wide news from administration β€” semester start dates, special events, prayer focuses.

  10. 10. Keep tuition current

Tuition shows your plan, balance, and next due date. Pay online via the secure checkout. If a payment is late, you'll receive an official notice; portal access suspends after the 15th of the month it became late.
