New Fire Orientation

Welcome, beloved student. Read carefully β€” these are the foundations of your journey at New Fire International Academy.

About the Academy

New Fire International Academy (NFIA) is an apostolic training institution committed to forming kingdom leaders, ministers, and scholars through Spirit-led instruction and rigorous biblical scholarship. Our divisions span Certificate, Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral programs β€” including a dedicated Episcopacy track β€” under the visionary leadership of our Chancellor and faculty of seasoned servant-leaders.

Student Expectations

  • β€’ Honor and integrity: Conduct yourself with reverence, both in the portal and in live sessions.
  • β€’ Academic honesty: All quizzes, assignments, and written work must be your own. Plagiarism results in dismissal.
  • β€’ Active participation: Engage fully with each module β€” read, listen, reflect, and complete every section.
  • β€’ Respectful communication: Treat instructors and fellow students with dignity in chat and messages.
  • β€’ Timely progress: Move through your division at a steady pace; do not let modules sit unfinished.

Code of Ethics & Academic Integrity Agreement

New Fire International Academy upholds the highest standards of Christian conduct and academic honesty. By enrolling, every student agrees to abide by the following:

  • β€’ No academic dishonesty. Cheating, plagiarism, fabrication, unauthorized collaboration, contract cheating, or submitting AI-generated work as your own is prohibited.
  • β€’ No suspicious testing activity. This includes copying, sharing answers, using outside materials when prohibited, impersonation, or any attempt to circumvent quiz controls.
  • β€’ Honor in conduct. Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times β€” in messages, chat, and live sessions.
  • β€’ Respect academy standards. Follow the doctrinal, behavioral, and procedural guidelines set forth in the Student Handbook.

Automatic Account Lock Notice

If the platform detects unethical behavior, academic dishonesty, suspicious testing activity, or violations of academy standards, your account will be automatically flagged and temporarily locked. Access will be restricted and you will be redirected to administration for review until further notice. Restoration requires the approval of an instructor or administrator, who will document their decision in your academic record.

Late Payment Policy

  • β€’ Tuition payments are due according to the schedule of your selected payment plan.
  • β€’ Any payment not received by its due date will result in your account being flagged as late.
  • β€’ If payment is still not received by the 15th of the month in which it is late, portal access will be automatically suspended until the balance is brought current.
  • β€’ An official notice from New Fire International Academy will be sent through the system messages when an account becomes late.
  • β€’ To restore access, the past-due balance must be paid in full and future payments kept on time.
  • β€’ Continued non-payment may result in administrative withdrawal from your division (grades and progress will still be preserved on file).

New Fire International Academy β€” Official Tuition Payment Policy

1. Payment Plans. Each student selects one of four payment plans per semester (Pay-In-Full, Monthly, Down Payment + Monthly, or Per-Semester). The selected plan determines the schedule of payments and their due dates.

2. Due Dates. All scheduled payments are due on or before the date listed on the student's tuition account. It is the student's responsibility to keep payment information current.

3. Late Flag. Any payment not received by its due date will cause the student account to be flagged as late, and an automatic notice will be issued from the Office of the Registrar.

4. Portal Suspension. If the past-due balance is not paid by the 15th of the month the payment was missed, the student portal will be automatically suspended. The student will be unable to log in until the account is brought current.

5. Restoration of Access. Portal access is restored when the past-due balance is paid in full. Future payments must be kept on time according to the selected plan.

6. Honorary Doctoral Candidates. Honorary Doctoral fees follow the same late-payment terms as standard tuition.

7. Records Preservation. All grades, completed modules, and academic progress remain on file regardless of payment status.

8. Continued Enrollment. In order to continue your studies with New Fire International Academy, payments must be made on time according to your selected payment plan.
