I just signed in. What do I do first?
Complete your Orientation, then read and sign the Student Handbook. After that you'll have access to your enrolled division on the Classes page.
Why can't I see other divisions on the Classes page?
You only see the courses for the division your admin has enrolled you in this semester. Contact the registrar through the portal inbox to request a change.
How do quizzes work?
Each module ends with a quiz. You have 3 attempts; the highest score is kept. 70% is the passing threshold per quiz, and 75% is the semester average required to advance.
Can I use the AI Tutor to take my quiz for me?
No. The AI Tutor is for studying and clarifying concepts. Submitting AI-generated answers as your own is academic dishonesty and a handbook violation.
I missed a live class. What now?
Recordings are uploaded to the Live Classroom page after the session. Review them and follow up with your instructor through the Classes page.
How do I message my instructor?
On the Classes page, scroll to 'Contact Your Instructor' and write your note. Replies appear in your portal inbox; you can delete them once read.
What happens if I'm late on tuition?
You'll receive an official notice. If the past-due balance isn't paid by the 15th of that month, your portal access is suspended until you bring the balance current.
I forgot to do orientation — am I locked out?
Orientation is required, but it doesn't lock the portal. Please complete it as soon as possible — the academy keeps record of every student's signed acknowledgment.
Where do I see my grades?
Open the Grades & Transcript page from the menu.
How do I apply for an Honorary Doctoral?
Visit the Honorary Doctoral page, complete the application, upload reference letters, and select a payment plan.
